Kimberly Trolier, Flute.
Bryn Mawr Conservatory of Music Flute FacultyDr. Trolier holds the degrees of Bachelor and Master of Music from the Peabody Conservatory of Music; and she received both the Professional Studies Certificate and the Doctorate of Musical Arts from the Esther Boyer College of Music at Temple University, where her principal teachers were David Cramer and Kazuo Tokito. She teaches flute at Franklin and Marshall College, where she is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Music, and at Eastern University, where she is Adjunct Instructor of Flute. She has also taught at Temple University.
Dr. Trolier is a member of the orchestras of Opera Philadelphia and the Academy of Vocal Arts and of Orchestra 2001, and she is Principal Flute of the Pennsylvania Philharmonic. An active soloist and chamber musician, she gave debut recitals at Weill Recital Hall in New York and at the Seoul Performing Arts Center in South Korea in 2014.
